Meet your 2009 ABA Natural Illinois Bodybuilding Master Division Champion and founder of Grusco Nutrition Jeff Gruskovak.

Jeff hasn’t been in a bodybuilding competition in over 20 years and when he decided to participate in the ABA Natural Illinois Bodybuilding Championship he wanted to do it right. Jeff’s Meal Plan


4:30am 1 cup cooked oatmeal and ISO FORT fortified with 12 grams of BCAA's
6:00am Weight workout. As I'm training, I sipped MYOLYSATE 1 scoop mixed with 8oz water.
9:00am Postworkout Shake – 2 scoops of MYOLYSATE with 1 teaspoon BCAA powder (5g).
12:00pm 1 – 6oz. chicken breast with 1/2 cup cooked brown rice. I mixed 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil in my brown rice for healthy fat.
3:00pm Repeat 12:00pm meal but instead of chicken, I might eat tuna.
6:00pm 1 – 6oz. chicken breast with either sliced tomatoes or 1/2 cup cooked brown rice.
9:00pm Before bed meal – 2 scoops of MICELLAR CASEIN protein mixed with water.
